1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between alpah66 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who uses the alpah66.onl website and related services ("Member", "you"). This Agreement takes full effect when you complete the registration process or access any part of the platform.

"Services" refers to all online games, sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other features provided by alpah66. "Account" means the user account registered in your name. "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited, while "Bonus" refers to promotional credits subject to specific conditions.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Notice will be given via the website and/or your registered email. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Member Eligibility

To register and use alpah66's services, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Be acting in your own personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• Not be subject to any legal restriction that prevents participation in online gambling activities.
• Not currently be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• Hold a valid and verifiable national identity card or MyKad when requested.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Holding multiple accounts, whether in your own name or through another person, is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being terminated and funds seized.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, mobile number, email and any other details requested. alpah66 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at any time and to request supporting documents such as a MyKad or bank statement.

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your account. Please ensure your account password is kept secure and not shared with anyone. alpah66 will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from a member's failure to safeguard their login information.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

alpah66 accepts deposits via a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, ShopeePay and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is RM20. The payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same member's name. Using another person's account or e-wallet is prohibited and may result in the account being suspended while verification is carried out.

• All deposits will be credited to your account once the transaction has been verified.
• alpah66 does not charge any deposit processing fees.
• Any charges or fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are the member's responsibility.
• alpah66 reserves the right to request proof of payment for any deposit that appears suspicious.

5. Withdrawals

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time subject to the following conditions. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the payment method selected and the time the request is submitted.

Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and fraud prevention purposes. In cases where the original method is unavailable, additional verification may be required before an alternative method is approved.

• Bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• alpah66 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal while a security review or KYC verification is carried out.
• Any attempt to withdraw using an unauthorised method may result in the account being frozen.

6. Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

alpah66 offers various promotions to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements and must be met before any withdrawal can be processed.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible for a first deposit bonus of 200% up to a maximum of RM500. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a bonus of RM200, the total wagering to be completed is RM200 × 15 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM600 with a bonus of RM500, the total wagering is RM500 × 15 = RM7,500.

VIP Programme: Active members are eligible to progress through different VIP tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier offers a different weekly cashback rate — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.4%, Gold up to 0.6%, and Platinum up to 0.8%. Progression to higher tiers depends on a member's activity and loyalty over time.

7. General Game Rules

All games offered at alpah66 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sportsbook and table games — must be played in accordance with the rules set by the respective game providers and the alpah66 platform. Results issued by the game system are final.

alpah66 uses certified random number generators (RNG) for slot games and table games to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. For live casino games, results are determined by live dealers using real physical equipment.

• Any technical disruption during gameplay will be handled in accordance with alpah66's internal procedures. Incomplete game results may be voided.
• The use of automated software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• alpah66 reserves the right to void any bets suspected of involving fraud or system abuse.

8. Prohibitions and Prohibited Conduct

alpah66 members are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination along with forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's identity.
• Using any method or technique designed to exploit vulnerabilities in the system or games.
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using illegal funds or engaging in money laundering through the platform.
• Spreading false information, defamatory content or harmful material through alpah66's communication channels.
• Attempting to access the platform's systems or data without authorisation.

alpah66 cooperates with relevant authorities in cases involving illegal activity. All required information will be provided to the authorities upon lawful request.

9. Account Closure and Suspension

Members may close their account at any time by contacting the alpah66 customer support team via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time after identity verification.

alpah66 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice in circumstances such as suspected fraud, bonus abuse, terms violations, or for security reasons. In such cases, any legitimate real-money balance will be returned to the member after the investigation is complete.

10. Limitation of Liability

alpah66 provides its services "as is". We do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from interruptions, errors or technical faults. alpah66 will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or punitive losses suffered by members.

In all circumstances, alpah66's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total funds deposited by that member within the thirty (30) days prior to the claim being submitted.

Members acknowledge that online gambling carries financial risk. alpah66 is not responsible for any financial decisions made by members based on their use of this platform.

11. Licensing and Applicable Law

alpah66 operates under a recognised international licence. The platform complies with the legal requirements and licensing regulations set by the authority responsible under our licensing jurisdiction.
